When people who have similar experiences come together, it tends to be easier to connect.

This has been the case at our “Fly on the Wall” workshops at Te Pukenga Wintec in Hamilton. We wanted to create a safe space for people to come together and learn about anxiety, autism, and ADHD. Our goal was to understand these and connect with others who have similar experiences.
